(IND) Service event group (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Service management > Setup > Service agreements > Service event group.

You can create and manage service event groups for continuous service agreements. A continuous service agreement extends for a period that exceeds three months. You can then attach the service event groups to service agreements.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field	Description
Service event group	Enter a short identifier for the event group.
Description	Enter a brief description of the event group.
Events	Enter the service milestones for the service event group.
Description  (On the Events FastTab)	Enter a brief description for the event.
Due date	Specify the ending date for each event. This due date determines the date on which the currency exchange rates and service tax rates are calculated for a service order associated with the event.
