(RUS) Create customs journal (form)

Click Inventory management > Common > All customs journals. Click Customs journal.
Use this form to create a customs journal for all import or export operations. All customs clearance procedures are registered through a customs journal.
Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Log type |
Specify whether the journal is created for import or export operations. Select one of the following options:

Partner code |
Select the code of the foreign counteragent. |
Customs code |
Select the code of a customs authority. The customs office code is set up in the Customs counteragents form. |
CMR\BOL |
Enter the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) or bill of lading (BOL) number. |
CMR\BOL date |
Select the CMR or BOL document date. |
TIR |
Enter the Transports Internationaux Routiers (TIR) number. |
Declaration date |
Select the date when the customs declaration is created. |
Agreement ID |
Select the contract registration number for the foreign vendor. |
Delivery terms |
Select the terms of delivery for the goods shipment. |
Broker code |
Select the customs broker code. |
Agreement ID |
Select the contracts group for the customs broker. |
Customs clearance method |
Select the method that is used to calculate customs payments, from the following options:

Country/region |
Specify the default country or region associated with the customs authority. |
Include to the cost price |
Select this check box to include the customs fees with the cost price. |
