Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Common > Fixed assets. Select an existing fixed asset, and then click Value models. In the FA value models form, click Balance.
Use this form to view the cost details in the lifecycle of an asset. The details are also represented graphically.

View the cost details of the fixed asset. Bemærk The cost details are displayed in the currency of the fixed asset value model. If the value model currency differs from the company's default currency, the default currency is also displayed in the form. |

Transaction date |
The date of the balance sheet to be viewed. The default date is the current system date. |
Budget model |
Select the budget model to view the balance sheet for. |
First transaction date |
The date that the fixed asset was acquired. |
Last transaction date |
The date of the last transaction registered for the fixed asset. |
Acquisition cost |
The purchase amount of the fixed asset. |
Net book value |
The net book value of the fixed asset. Bemærk The net book value is the remaining cost on the date specified in the Transaction date field. |
Initial cost |
The original cost when the fixed asset was put into service. Bemærk This includes the revaluation cost. |
Cost revaluation |
The total of the revaluation costs for adjustments made to the fixed asset as on the date specified in the Transaction date field. |
Major repairs |
The amount for major repairs for the fixed asset. |
Depreciation |
The depreciation amount of the fixed asset. |
Depreciation Revaluation |
The total of the depreciation revaluation on the fixed asset. |
Disposal (sale) |
The value of the fixed asset at the time of its disposal sale. |
Disposal (dismantlement) |
The value of the fixed asset at the time of its disassembly. |
Writing-off |
The expenses related to the fixed asset liquidation. |
Currency cost revaluate |
The total cost of currency revaluation for the fixed asset. |
Currency depreciation revaluate |
The total cost of depreciation revaluation for the fixed asset. |
Gain/Loss |
The amount of loss or gain registered for the fixed asset. |
(Partial dismantlement) Cost revaluation |
The revaluation cost on partial disposal of the fixed asset. |
Depreciation Revaluation |
The depreciation revaluation cost on partial disposal of the fixed asset. |
(Depreciation bonus) Scheduled |
The scheduled depreciation bonus for the fixed asset. |
Posted |
The depreciation bonus posted for the fixed asset. |
(Budget) Acquisition cost |
The budgeted purchase amount of the fixed asset. |
Net book value |
The budgeted net book value of the fixed asset. |
Initial cost |
The original cost budgeted for the fixed asset. |
Cost revaluation |
The total revaluation costs budgeted for adjustments made to the fixed asset as on the date specified in the Transaction date field. |
Major repairs |
The amount budgeted for major repairs on the fixed asset. |
