Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Journals > Periodic journals > FA counting.
Use this form to create a transaction for an asset inventory item.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview |
Create a transaction for the asset inventory item. |
General |
Modify the transaction for the asset inventory item, and indicate the employee who is responsible for the inventory. |
Setup |
Set up the quantity initialization for the transaction that is selected on the Overview tab. |
Buttons

Lines |
Open the Counting lines creation form, where you can create inventory lines for the selected fixed assets. |
Close |
Validate the information o the journal lines. |
FA journal |
Open the Facture journal form, where you can create the inventory journal transactions. Bemærk Click the Close button to confirm the fixed asset inventory lines. The FA journal button becomes active. |

Description |

Show |
Select which vouchers or journals to display, based on the posting status, from the following options:

Journal number |
Enter the journal number for the inventory and the collation statement. Bemærk If a number sequence is set, the field is updated. |
FA location |
Select the location of the asset for the inventory update. |
Counting start date |
Enter the starting date for counting the inventory. |
Counting end date |
The ending date for the inventory. Bemærk The field is updated when you close the inventory, and it cannot be modified. |
Name of journal |
Select the name of the journal to create from the inventory results. |
Journal number |
Enter the journal number for the inventory and the collation statement. Bemærk If a number sequence is set, the field is updated automatically. |
First responsible |
Select the name of the primary employee who is responsible for the fixed asset. |
Second responsible |
Select the name of the second employee who is responsible for the fixed asset. |
Quantity initialization by fact |
Select this check box to fill in the ledger quantity when you create inventory lines. |
Counting objects |
The type of the counting objects. |
