(RUS) Inventory owner (form)

Click Inventory management > Inquiries > Dimensions > Owner.

Use this form to set up an inventory owner for the bailment process and values for the Owner dimension.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	Enter the inventory owner details and the agreement details for the owner.
General	Enter the agreements.

Button	Description
On-hand	Open the On-hand form, where you can view the on-hand inventory for the owner.
Transactions	Open the Inventory transactions form, where you can view the inventory transactions for the owner.
Trace	Open the Trace inventory dimensions form, where you can track the inventory dimensions for the owner.

Field	Description
Owner	The identification number of the inventory owner.
Account type	Select an account type for the inventory owner.
Account	Select the account number of the inventory owner.
Name	Enter the name of the inventory owner.
Agreement ID	The contract number for bailment.
Document title	The document title of the agreement.
Account type (In the Associated account field group)	The account type associated with the account type of the inventory owner.
Account (In the Associated account field group)	The account type associated with the account type of the inventory owner.
Name (In the Associated account field group)	The name of the account holder associated with the inventory owner.
Agreement ID (In the Associated agreement field group)	The number of the agreement associated with the contract for the inventory owner.
Document title (In the Associated agreement field group)	The registration number of the contract associated with the contract for the inventory owner.
