Click Accounts receivable > Periodic > Bailment > Storage calculation. Click Lines.

Use this form to create lines for the storage calculation operation journal.

Task that uses this form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Item number	Select an item number for the stored item.
Batch number	Select a batch number that the stored item is assigned to.
From date	Select the starting date of the storage period. The manufacturing date of the batch number for the item is the starting date of the storage period.
Ending date	Select the ending date of the storage period.
Quantity	Enter the number of items stored during the storage period.
Net weight	Enter the total weight of the stored items.
Gross weight	Enter the total weight of the stored items, including the packaging weight.
Item name	The name of the stored item.
Storage calculation	The identification number of the storage calculation operation.
Item number (In the Item of calculation field group)	Select the calculation item assigned to the inventory unit to calculate the storage service amount.
Item name (In the Item of calculation field group)	The name of the calculation item.
Quantity (In the Item of calculation field group)	The number of calculation items.
Unit	The inventory unit assigned to the calculation item.
Sales price	The sales price of the calculation item.
Amount in currency	The amount in currency of the calculation item.
Free days	The number of free storage days allowed for the calculation item.
