In this module, you learn how to use Sales Agent during a typical workday. Users with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or Premium license can use Sales Agent with CRM data. Access to work data from Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services requires a Microsoft Copilot license.
