Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot supports both Dynamics 365 Sales and Salesforce CRM. The sign-in process for both is straightforward; the system automatically signs in Dynamics 365 users with Microsoft Entra ID, and users can access Salesforce CRM through the Microsoft 365 Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot sign-in.

Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot helps you create new contacts or leads directly from your Outlook inbox so that you can keep track of your stakeholders. When you send or receive an email from a customer who isn't tracked in your CRM, the application suggests that you add them. You can create new contacts or leads by using the customer's signature from the thread.
