Static_GetTextLength macro (windowsx.h)

Gets the number of characters in the text of a static control.

Syntax

int Static_GetTextLength(
   HWND hwndCtl
);

Parameters

hwndCtl

Type: HWND

A handle to the control.

Return value

Type: int

The length, in characters, of the text.

Remarks

The macro expands to a call to GetWindowTextLength.
