Issues Creating Bing Search API

Dear bing API team,

I had worked successfully with the BING API until last week. then I got the error message: Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource.

I then tried to create a new resource, but now I get the following error:

Your account is not approved for this resource. Contact BingAPIMS@microsoft.com with any questions.

(Code: ApiSetDisabledForCreation)

What is the reason for this? And what Can I Do?

Same issue here. When I create a new Bing Search v7 resource, I get an identical error.

I also contacted BingAPIMS@microsoft.com. The response was as follows:

We are evaluating our sign-up process for Bing APIs.  New customers who do not have a Bing resource on their subscriptions, will be unable to add a Bing resource.  New customers can learn more about the latest Azure offering here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/agents/how-to/tools/bing-grounding?tabs=python&pivots=overview

The link points to Grounding with Bing Search, a resource different from the one I am requesting.

Help would be appreciated! Otherwise, we'll stick with Google Search.
