No Access to Azure OpenAI – Quota Request Repeatedly Denied

I created an Azure account with a paid subscription (€25) to use Azure OpenAI for my startup. However, the Playground shows that I have no quota for any AI models. I’ve submitted multiple quota increase requests, but they are automatically denied without explanation. I urgently need access to Azure OpenAI – please review my case manually. Thank you!

Azure OpenAI quotas are assigned per subscription and region. Microsoft reviews quota requests based on factors like usage history, business justification, and compliance with Responsible AI guidelines. You can find more details on managing quotas here.
You need the Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor role assigned to your user under Azure OpenAI > Access control (IAM). If this role is missing, quota requests might not be processed correctly.
