The zero-based index of the signature to remove.

Exceptions

InvalidOperationException

A CMS/PKCS #7 message is not signed, and index is invalid.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

index is less than zero.

CryptographicException

The signature could not be removed.

An internal cryptographic error occurred.
