XUserCloseSignOutDeferralHandle

Closes a specific user sign out deferral handle.

The user sign out deferral handle to close.

To get the user sign out deferral handle, call XUserGetSignOutDeferral.

To close the user the sign out deferral handle, call XUserCloseSignOutDeferralHandle.
