Mit Microsoft Search können Administratoren Suchbegriffe mit Bedeutungen oder Webseiten zuordnen, die für ihre Organisation spezifisch sind, und diese Zuordnungen als Suchantworten einschließen. Beispielsweise können Benutzer in einem organization auf ein unbekanntes Akronym stoßen, das einen internen Projektnamen darstellt, oder auf einen Teamnamen, der einer Teamwebsite zugeordnet ist. Administratoren können Akronyme, Lesezeichen oder QnAs im Microsoft 365 Admin Center unter Search & Intelligence einrichten. Auf diese Weise können Benutzer die Suche verwenden, um zu navigieren und sich mit ihrer Arbeit vertraut zu machen.
Wenn sie durch ein definiertes Akronym oder Schlüsselwort (keyword) ausgelöst werden, werden diese Suchantworten oben auf der Suchergebnisseite in Ihrem organization angezeigt.
