Adds an IPv6 vendor or user class to the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server service.

Detailed Description
The Add-DhcpServerv6Class cmdlet adds an IPv6 vendor or user class to the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server service.
The VendorId parameter needs to be specified if a vendor class is being added, but should not be specified for a user class.
