Create a rewrite rule.

Required Parameters
Name of the application gateway.
Name of resource group. You can configure the default group using az configure --defaults group=<name>
.
Name of the rewrite rule.
Name of the rewrite rule set.
Variable whose value is being evaluated. Values from: az network application-gateway rewrite-rule condition list-server-variables
(prefix headers needed).
Optional Parameters
Make comparison case-insensitive.
Check the negation of the condition.
Do not wait for the long-running operation to finish.
Pattern, either fixed string or regular expression, that evaluates the truthfulness of the condition.
