TextBox.Wrap Property

Definition

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the text content wraps within a multiline text box.

public:
 virtual property bool Wrap { bool get(); void set(bool value); };
public virtual bool Wrap { get; set; }
member this.Wrap : bool with get, set
Public Overridable Property Wrap As Boolean

Property Value

true if the text content wraps within a multiline text box; otherwise, false. The default is true.

Examples

The following code example demonstrates how to use the Wrap property to wrap text entered in the TextBox control.

Important

This example has a text box that accepts user input, which is a potential security threat. By default, ASP.NET Web pages validate that user input does not include script or HTML elements. For more information, see Script Exploits Overview.
