The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When creating a new email signature in the Customer Service Hub, there were no visible accessibility instructions present for keyboard navigation users to access the row of formatting options in the Signature Editor.
  • On Android, TalkBack did not announce the "Saving" status message when it appeared when creating an appointment.*
  • On mobile, while in Sales Hub, the Talkback screen reader focus did not move to the ‘More commands’ menu item within the active account timeline.
  • Narrator and the NVDA screen reader did not announce when a template was uploaded to Sales Requests.
  • When viewing the Activities Calendar view, while zoom was set at 400%, the hover dialogue was truncated, and content was not displayed.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, when adding a Queue to a newly created email activity, the TalkBack screen reader did not announce the correct information.
  • In the Customer Service Workspace, focus could not reach the App Tab Bar when using keyboard navigation.
  • The NVDA screen reader announced that an error occurred when selecting the "clear" button in an Omnichannel for Customer Service users grid, after announcing that keyboard focus was on the "Filter by value" control dropdown menu.

Platform Services

  • When using a plugin to create a record within a custom entity, the plugin did not trigger and the record was not created.

Sales

  • When SharePoint was enabled, documents were not displayed after being uploaded unless the page was refreshed.

Unified Interface

  • While using the mobile application, rather than a browser, the command bar was not shown when switching between created Business Process Flow opportunities.*
  • In the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app on iOS devices while in offline mode, when adding data (text, image, video, or audio) in the timeline of a Booking entity, the data was reversed.*
  • Offline database creation did not complete after signing out and signing back in while the database was being created.
