Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • The NVDA and Narrator screen reader did not announce the 'Initial Status Reason' dropdown' button in the Customer Service Hub.
  • When creating a note with an attachment and opening a preview dialog, the screen reader did not announce the attachment file name.
  • When using scan mode, the Narrator and the NVDA screen reader did not announce the content within the "First Response in" form field in a case entity.
  • When using keyboard navigation in any homepage grid, the lookup column did not reflect the selected filtering criteria.
  • When activating filters for column headers, screen readers did not announce the filter information.

Unified Interface

  • When sorting the "Contact full name" column within the Preferred agent routing preview, the search results did not reflect the sort criteria.
  • Activities, notes, or posts on the timeline were truncated after expanding the entry on the timeline.
  • When creating a case form that contained a sub-grid and selecting the multi-session tab, the sub-grid did not load and flyout options were unresponsive.*
  • All lookup menu form fields were unresponsive when performing a global search and selecting any lookup field in an entity specific tab.
  • All grid items within Advanced Lookup may not lead when on a slow network connection.

Platform Services

  • An error occurred when creating, updating, or deleting table events in the Azure Event Hub.

Solutions

  • An error occurred when creating a new email and closing the email template dialog box without selecting a template.
  • An error occurred when merging one or more cases that did not contain a case title within any entity.

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred after switching to offline mode before all available data was updated and synchronized in the Field Service Mobile app.*
  • An error occurred in a column editor when no list items were present in an account entity.
