Gets the markup that is used to represent the control at design time from the specified DesignerRegionCollection object.

The DesignerRegionCollection associated with the design-time markup generated by GetDesignTimeHtml(DesignerRegionCollection).
Returns
The markup that is used to represent the control at design time.
Remarks
The markup generated by GetDesignTimeHtml includes region identifiers. GetDesignTimeHtml should add DesignerRegion elements to the DesignerRegionCollection specified by the regions
parameter.
