Hello,

I use an excel spreadsheet linked to the CME E-quotes platform via RTD to receive live feeds of prices; i bought new computer but now i can't figure how to make it work.

Old computer has Windows 10 and Office 2013; new computer has the same; the file is the same as i copied it on a usb key.

All excel settings are the same (went through them all to be sure it wasn't there the problem).

When i launch excel after updating the external link i get a #REF error

I tried on another computer i have with the same settings (and office version and OS) and it works.

Any idea? i even tried disabling the firewall but didn't change anything

    Hi @andrea de lorenzo smit,

Did you check if 2 Excel use the same update number?

Make sure 2 Excel have the same version number.

Then I also suggest you check if you can connect to the server in different computers or by different profiles.

Please be a bit more precise to explain your problem or you can upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
