One note Mac not letting me sign in, saying no network connection

Question

My one note was previously syncing fine but now has come up with this message.

When I click sign in, it comes up with no network connection, check network settings.

I can still log in to one note online but when I try to open the notebook in the app it comes up with the same message saying no network connection.

What do I do to fix this?

What kind of account did you sign in?

I suggest you check if you can sign in the OneNote in web.
