I'm working for an agency, using Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20540) 64-bit. I want to customize the client layout with larger font size inbox folder panel. How do I make it happen? inbox-folder-pane (image attached)

    Hi @Charles Fletcher ,

Unfortunately, Outlook no longer has an option to change the font size in the Folder List (Navigation pane); this was an option only in Outlook 2010.

On the other hand, at this time, if you use Windows 10 and need larger text in Outlook's Folder List, you'll need to change scaling % in Settings > Display > Scale and Layout or change the Font size in Ease of Access Settings > Display settings, please note either of which will affect all applications. Raising either setting up to 25% will usually increase the folder fonts enough without messing other applications up.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future, and you can make a suggestion via this link.

If the Outlook help feature does not match what you see in the app, it could be due to a few reasons:
Outdated help feature: The Outlook app may have gone through updates or changes that the help feature hasn't been updated to reflect. In this case, you can check for updates to the app.

Different versions of the app: It's possible that you are using a different version of the Outlook app than the one the help feature is referring to.
