Publisher 2016 Not Printing Text

The regular Microsoft Community referred me here; so here is the original post from there:

This is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 on Windows 10. My Publisher does not print text boxes whether I create the greeting card from scratch or use a built-in template. I do not get it and thought I had this problem licked in the last post.

Did you use the custom font?

I suggest you refer to this article, as the article said you need to add the borders to the text boxes:

There is now less here than there was before. You Microsoft personnel really don't want this product to work for me. Since you are not committed to getting this product to work as expected, you may as well take everything of mine down. This version of Publisher is less reliable than older versions I own. I am sorry I started these threads. Somebody at your end is getting vindictive. I had to undergo too many steps to log into this site today when I was already logged into my account.
