skype for business 2019 Contact in continuous "updating" status

hello everyone, We are using skype for business 2019, the operating system of our servers is windows 2016. I did a certificate update last week and the presence status is "updating" for all users. How can i solve this problem. I tried for 2 weeks but couldn't solve it. We have about 35000 users and the problem is quite big. Urgent help please

    For the issue with Skype for Business 2019 where contacts are in a continuous "updating" status after a certificate update:

    Certificate Issues

    Server Restart Consider restarting the Skype for Business servers to refresh the services.

    Client Side Ask users to clear the Skype for Business cache on their machines. %localappdata%

    Check Services: Ensure all Skype for Business services are running smoothly on the server.

    Logs & Errors: Review server logs for any errors related to the certificate update or user presence status.
