I'm trying to insert meeting details in OneNote on a Mac.

My OneNote, Outlook etc. are signed in, but when I try to insert meeting details I get prompted to login.

If I select Work or School account I get a pop-up which should contain sign-in info but it is actually blank.

Same issue happens both on the Mac desktop and if I try to use OneNote from the browser.

    Hi,

Did you use VPN to access in your Mac?

I suggest you try to clear the OneNote cache on Mac, please follow these steps:

    1. Quit the OneNote completely.
    2. From Finder Go- Go to Folder... (Shift+Cmd+G)
    3. Enter "~/Library/Containers" and press Go (Return key).
    4. Find the "com.microsoft.onenote.mac" folder.
    5. Select and delete that folder using File/Move to Trash (Cmd+Delete)

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
