@SOURAV THORAT, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To create work profile, we need the device support Android Enterprise. But from the following link, I didn't find your device model in the support list. please double confirm on this:

If the device is not supported with Android Enterprise, the only available enrollment method is Android device administrator.
