server not responding when request a phone number

get a azure account, and create a communication resource, when request phone nuber, it will shows server not responding, check the date and time setting is correct based on local time here.

I understand that you are unable to purchase the phone number in ACS. Could you please help us with more details to understand the issue better.

Which region phone number you are trying to purchase?

Which country/region phone number you are trying to acquire? currently purchasing phone number in specific country or region is dependent on subscription eligibility as mentioned here. hope you have reviewed it.

Do have contributor access on the resource or What is access level or RBAC that you have on that ACS residing resource group?

As you are not able to purchase the phone from the portal, can you try purchasing the phone number from other method like through AzCLI refer to this documentation for the steps.

Purchasing the phone number using the free trial subscription or free credits is not supported, in-order to purchase phone number, you need to have Pay-as-you-go subscription which is clearly called out in this documentation.

As you are looking to acquire a phone number and you are using free trial subscription you can use the trail free phone number which is being provided by Azure communication service but in order to get this number your billing account has to be in USA.

For other geographies, please visit the Subscription eligibility documentation to determine where you can purchase a phone number.
