Tap scheduler Logitech enrollment

Good afternoon,

There are several Logitech tap scheduler devices in the company that we use as Teams equipment and that in the past when enrolling it uses the company portal and enters directly into the ‘device administrator’ profile. This process worked correctly, but according to Microsoft's documentation we realised that support for this ‘device administrator’ profile will end on 30 August. With this scenario, we at the company have started to block this profile, which has had an impact on the tap scheduler devices because we are unable to use another android profile for their enrolment.

Our question is, how do we overcome this scenario? Can these devices only receive the old Android profile?

Do we have to continue using the ‘Android administrator’ profile?

@Ruben Faustinita, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know it is non-English. Here we only support English. You can see if your language has Intune support in the following link and choose it to get help.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/locale/?target=https%3A%2F%2Flearn.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fanswers%2Fquestions%2F1691931%2Ftap-scheduler-logitech-enrollment

After translating, I notice it seems to be Android device administrator enrollment questions. For this enrollment method, it is ending support on August 30, 2024. For your Android devices. you can check if they support Android Enterprise in the following link. If yes, we can change to use Android Enterprise enrollment.

    https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices

Note Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

However, if the device is not supported with Android Enterprise, we can consider MAM instead of MDM to manage.

Hope the above information can help.
