Azure Managed Ultra Disk not showing when trying to attach to VM

Azure Managed Ultra Disk not showing when trying to attach to VM. the vm is Standard M128s on the attached dialog selection I cannot change the "Storage type" column it shows "Premium SSD LRS" to Ultra. the disk are already created and are on same Resource Group location and zone as the VM. I can see the ultra disk via the resource group. please advice.

tried
I waited for a couple of hours and also closed all my azure portal connections and try again. no change.

    I have found the answers. only after trying to attach the disk via PowerShell script. I got the following error. "Update-AzVM : StorageAccountType UltraSSD_LRS can be used only when additionalCapabilities.ultraSSDEnabled is set." it seems that the person that built the VM did not enable the "additionalCapabilities" to support Ultra Disk. set on Portal Gui ->Home>VMName>Disk>Additional settings>Disk settings|Ultra disk|"Enable ultra disk compatibility" Radio Button "Yes"
