Newly setup Document Intelligence endpoint returns 404

Just set up a document intelligence endpoint, https://azure-experiments-1.cognitiveservices.azure.com/, which returns a 404 both through Python API and on the command line via wget. The host is there but it feels like the full path should be extended. Any hints? Before posting a response, please do a wget on the endpoint from the command line: wget https://azure-experiments-1.cognitiveservices.azure.com/
