I'm encountering an issue when trying to access project.microsoft.com with my Project for Office (Plan E5) license. Despite following the guidance provided in previous community posts and Microsoft's instructions, I continue to face a persistent error.

"

Welcome to Project

Looks like you don’t have a license to create projects or roadmaps, but you can view those shared with you. To get a license, contact your Microsoft 365 admin.

"

Here's what I've done so far:

Reviewed and followed the community guidelines and troubleshooting steps mentioned in older posts.

Assigned and unassigned the licenses according to the prescribed methods.

Despite these efforts, the error remains unresolved. Could anyone please provide additional guidance or steps I might have missed? Any help to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated.
