Hi @NamrataMahajan Currently, Azure Communication Services for Advanced Messaging with WhatsApp doesn't allow linking an existing WhatsApp Business Account that's already connected to a different platform using a webhook. This means you cannot directly connect your existing WhatsApp Business Account with webhook integration to Azure Communication Services.
Here are your options:
- If you're no longer using the webhook integration and want to switch entirely to Azure Communication Services, you can disconnect the webhook from your existing WhatsApp Business Account. Then, you should be able to connect that account to Azure Communication Services. However, disconnecting the webhook might disrupt your current messaging functionalities.
- Communication Services allows creating new WhatsApp Business Accounts within the platform. This might be a viable alternative if you're comfortable managing your account through Azure.
