Not able to Shrink Azure OS disk

I am getting while shrinking the VHD using https://web.archive.org/web/20200807041041/https://github.com/mikelapierre/WindowsAzureDiskResizer/releases/download/v1.0.1/WindowsAzureDiskResizer-1.0.1.zip
I am getting invalid credentials error while running .\WindowsAzureDiskResizer.exe 128 "https://sa.blob.core.windows.net/vhd/diskvhd.vhd?SASTOKEN"
Could you please help here

2024-07-10T05:47:57.9533333+00:00 I had OS disk of 256 GB, then it made a partition of around 160 GB (OS disk and around 90 GB unallocated) and after that I created VHD, but when I am trying to do:
.\WindowsAzureDiskResizer.exe 128 "https://sa.blob.core.windows.net/vhd/diskvhd.vhd?SASTOKEN", I am getting
"The specified storage account credentials are invalid."

As shared on the other thread by Korey, decreasing the size of an existing OS disk on a VM is not supported (however you can decrease the size of a data disk):
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/expand-os-disk
Shrinking an existing disk isn’t supported and may result in data loss.
If you are trying to follow the workaround, can you please share the step where you are seeing the error?

And I am getting error when shrinking the VHD size using:
Using the below command:
.\WindowsAzureDiskResizer.exe 128 "https://sa.blob.core.windows.net/vhd/diskvhd.vhd?SASTOKEN"
Error: "The specified storage account credentials are invalid."
Storage SAS is correct and I tried multiple time and still getting the above error.
