HI, good day.

I have one question, if have two instances API Management but each one in a different availibity zone, can I ensure that the physical resources (servers) used are separate?.

In any case, what alternatives can I use to guarantee that the resources are physically separated.

Some document references.

Thanks you so much

Joel A.

Hi @Joel Acosta , I understand that you want to confirm that different AZ (Availability Zone) means different physical server.

By definition: Availability Zones are separated groups of datacenters within a region. If you have two APIM instances in different availability zones, they are in two different physical datacenters, and for sure, in two different physical servers.

If you need high availability for your APIM instance, please consider APIM Premium tier, that supports multiple availability zones and even multiple regions.
