How to escalate Microsoft Intune Support

Hi Team,

I have created a ticket on 22nd July 2024. But no one even tried to respond. I just want to know is there ant escalation matrix for the Intune support .

    Usually, MS support responds in 1 business day.

    For this issue, if possible, please try to contact your incident manager. Incident manager has a permission to see which support engineer take your ticket. He can help you to hurry it up.
