How can implement CSP for boot apps on Intune

I want to configure CSP on intune for:

-start teams in foreground (not fixed) when user logs in

-Outlook start in foreground (not fixed) when user logs in to session

-Edge startup in foreground (not fixed) when user logs into session

-OneDrive startup in foreground (not fixed) when user logs in to session

-Start Umbrella in foreground (not fixed) when user logs in to session

-Set Edge as default browser

-Set Outlook as default for opening .msg .ics MAILTO ...

-Set Teams Background pushed (available, not applied by default)
