I have a problem with my windows 11...

I did a factory reset and after that i could't conncet to the internet anymore.

I have internet via cable (ethernet) but it says "secured, no internet"

I tried everything from reseting and restarting the router to using some commands in "cmd"

I reseted my pc to factory settings many times before and never had a problem...

Can anyone help me please ?

    Hello Erik,

When resetting your PC, did you change anything in your network like change up cabled in your modem/router/wifi access point?

Secondly, would you be willing to open cmd again and run ipconfig /all and share it with me?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Generally speaking, you can set your computer's TCP/IP settings to "Automatic" so that your computer will automatically detect the network settings and reconnect to the Internet after the reset. If your computer does not automatically reconnect, the following steps will show you how to configure the settings.

    1. Return to the "Network & Internet" settings page.
    2. Select Ethernet.
    3. Select the drop-down arrow next to the network to display your TCP/IP.
    4. Scroll down until you see IP Assignment and verify that it says "Automatic (DHCP)".

5.If not, select "Edit" on the right.

A window will appear. Click the drop-down menu and change the setting from "Manual" to "Automatic (DHCP)".

Once completed, your computer will now automatically detect and connect to the Internet after a network reset.

If the problem persists, you can try opening Internet Settings by pressing Win+R and typing ncpa.cpl.

Click Properties and select Obtain an IP address automatically to see if the Internet will be restored.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    I legit tried EVERYTHING...nothing works...

I executed the "trouble finder" and it says that there is a problem with both adapters (wired and wireless), and it cannot be repaired...

    Hello,

Do you ever try to use this adapters at another laptop. Is it working fine?

If the internet is good, can you show me the error message which you see.

    Best regards
