Since I cound only fount this docuemnt for "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/logs/tutorial-logs-ingestion-portal".

This document talk abount how to create a custom table and use logingest api send log to custom table. I want to know how to use log ingest api send log to Azure table.

Hi,

It is not possible to send your own logs to the built-in tables. Some of the tables for example support configuring from where the log is collected and how and that happens via data collection rules. These configurations are specific per the data that is collected.

how to explain "Data sent to the ingestion API can be sent to the following tables" in ms document. i don't understand.

do you mean microsoft implement sending logs to the flowing tables by log ingest api?

what abount tables not listed here. how microsoft implement sending logs to those, such as "AzureDianogtics" , is it data collector API?

This is new information to me and as there is no clear example what the contents of the DCR rule should be I cannot provide further help. How Microsoft sends data to AzureDiagnostics is not via data collection rules and Ingestion API. They use other internal methods to do that.
