I am new to Bookings, and I need to set up 24 in-house classes for some staff in our hospital. I am finding it difficult to set up that many classes with a maximum of 12 students in each 4-hour class. They will not be open to every employee, just certain groups of employees from different departments. No outsiders are allowed, just employees and they are all on 365.

Help!

You may use various Office 365 tools to achieve your target as you require.

Before booking a meeting or schedule, list the specific departments and groups of employees that will attend. Since all employees are on 365, You can utilize Microsoft's tools to facilitate the class setup and management by choosing:

    • Microsoft Teams: You can create separate Teams channels for each department or class group, allowing employees to collaborate and communicate with each other.
    • Microsoft Outlook: You can use Outlook to schedule the classes and send invitations to the employees.
    • Microsoft Forms: You can create online forms to collect registration information from employees and track class attendance.
