- Sign Out and Clear Cache: Close all browser tabs, clear your cache, and then log back into the platform using your Learn ID credentials.
- Incognito/Private Window: Try logging in through an incognito or in-private window to avoid any caching issues.
- Switch to a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) and attempt to log in again.
