Cannot get InTune apps onto company portal, or pushed to devices

I am currently testing Intune within our company. However I am unable to get an app to push onto a device or appear within the company portal. So far I have tried different group requirements, resynced many times and used a brand new device setup to sync as well. Everything is licenced with Business Premium and has azure ad enabled as well as Intune. When I go through to my windows devices and select one of the devices that is being tested on, I can view managed apps and see the message "waiting for install status" for one app and "Available for Install" on the other. None of these appear within company portal on the device.

    @Elliot Gram, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know you have deployed apps via Intune but failed to install them on devices and not show in company portal.

    To clarify this issue, please check the following.

    1.Which app types do you deployed?

    2.Which assignment? Required assignment or Available assignment? If it is available assignment, you need to deploy this app to a user group and sign in the company portal app to install this app.

    4.Ensure that you have configured Show this as a featured app in the Company Portal to Yes.

    5.How many devices were affected? Does devices are Azure AD joined or Hybrid Azure AD joined?

    6.Check the Event Viewer to see if there exist some error message.
