I have a super urgent school job to finish, and I urgently need access to my school's VPN. However, I can't authenticate using my school network account (<Mod remove PII>@student.main.ntu.edu.sg) which is different from my main school account (<Mod remove PII>@e.ntu.edu.sg).

I tried re-adding my authenticator for my network account, but I just can't. And I have no access to it anymore. PLEASE HELP!

If you are an end user, you have to contact IT department in your organization to reset verification. Only IT admin can help you. Reference article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#manage-user-authentication-options

IT admin can also contact Microsoft support team for more help from background process. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide

Are you using network account to access VPN portal? What VPN are you using? What Authenticator app are you using? It is Microsoft Authenticator or any third party Authenticator?

looks like your login email address had been changed in different domain, so it may give error at the time of login.

if I have gave you enough insight for your issue, you can share your vote on your case URL so others can take benefits of this case URL.
