New Outlook, conditional formatting.

Question

Can we have an update on the development of the follow please for NEW OUTLOOK 365 Desktop Application.

1. Enabling conditional formatting of calendar entries by keywords etc. (Not mail or manually changing entries)
2. Having a dark grey option, white is too bright when at a screen all day and Black is hard to work with again utilising colours etc.
3. Please can you enhance the box visuals when fields selected in the ribbon, it's sometimes really hard to see whats selected (more important with styles etc etc in emails and word). It's not very good for those working to see which box is selected.
