    Hi ChrisMonington,

We want to know more about the concern you're having when pressing the keys: Ctrl+ P. Kindly provide answers to the questions below:

    • Can you tell us if the issue is happening to Microsoft Office apps Only?
    1. Please try opening Notepad and press Ctrl+ P.
    • Just to verify are you using a gaming keyboard?
    • Have you tried using the On-screen Keyboard?
    1. It's important to know if the issue is with the keyboard itself?
    2. To use the On-Screen the Keyboard, please check this link.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Hi ChrisMonington,

I see some in some cases this is related to the 'Displayswitch.exe' issue caused by a failed Windows update. Restoring the old file by downloading it off a trusted site can fix it.

In other cases, there may be a broken .lnk file that has 'Ctrl+P' set as its shortcut key.

The third case I've seen so far was related to 'Game mode' button on some gaming keyboards. Hope this helps.

Hello Chris. I'm a fellow Community member here to help. I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. To my knowledge they have not disabled this shortcut hotkey.

What happens when you press Ctrl + P?

Please let me know I'm happy to help in any way that I can
