    Hi,

Can you clarify what exactly you disconnected?

Do you mean the network interface? If this is the case you can follow along here:

Add network interfaces to or remove network interfaces from virtual machines
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/virtual-network-network-interface-vm

    Best regards,
    Leon

From what I understand, you disconnected / disabled the NIC or Networking Connection from the Operating System on your Virtual Machine.

In most cases it is possible to recover the VM, however many steps need to be taken either using the serial console or by attaching the OS disk to a different recovery VM, and this can be quite time consuming.

To proceed with recovery steps, your best bet is to contact Azure Support. if you do not have a support plan, please Email me at azcommunity@microsoft.com with your subscription ID and a link to this post, along with leaving a comment on this answer when you have Emailed. i will create a one-time free support request for you to troubleshoot further.

As this process is quite time consuming, you can also opt to create a new VM and pull any needed data from the OS disk of your current VM. In many cases this is the easier & more time efficient option.
