While waiting for the information, here's something I can suggest you try out:

1 - Use a genuine Product key to activate your Windows:

• Go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key
• Enter your 25-character genuine product key and follow the prompts.
• For a new pre-built PC, the key is often embedded in the motherboard and should have been automatically activated:
  • You can self-check it by using PowerShell (Admin) > run the following command (Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Sign in with a Microsoft account to let Windows activate using the linked digital license.

2 - Run the Activation troubleshooter if you had Windows activated on this PC before

• Go to Settings > System > Activation > Troubleshoot
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

3 - Contact Microsoft Support

If the troubleshooter fails or you're sure your PC should be activated, you should try to reach out to chat support or use the automated phone system for activation:

1. Press Win + R > type slui 4 > Enter
2. Select your country and call the provided toll-free number.
3. An automated system will guide you to enter an Installation ID
4. You will receive a Confirmation ID to type back into your PC to activate.

Please also note that keys sold on unofficial websites are often invalid, already used, or meant for enterprise volumes.
