validate key

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I cannot activate my license key from Ms 365 Business premium, i tried various browsers, but same error, i add the key here https://signup.microsoft.com/get-started/setupKey But on the validate page i got 404 server response.

The 404 error you encountered may be caused by a small typo in the URL. Even a minor difference, such as a missing character or incorrect capitalization which can prevent the page from loading correctly. Also, before you use that link, please kindly combine with the methods in the answer of Mr. Stefan Blom to clear cache of the browsers and try incognito mode.

Sometimes you have to start an in private (incognito) browser window for the redemption. Press Ctrl+Shift+N in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. (On a Mac, use Command+Shift+N instead.)
