    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account
    2. Locate your subscription
      • Under Services & subscriptions, find Microsoft 365.
    3. Manage payment options
      • Click Manage next to your subscription.
      • Select Change how you pay.
    4. Choose a new payment method
      • You can:
      • Add a credit/debit card.
      • Add a PayPal account.
      • Use a bank account (where available).
      • Click Add a new payment method and follow the prompts.
    5. Set as default
      • After adding, select Set as default for your subscription.
    6. Confirm changes
      • Review and confirm the update. You’ll see the new payment method listed.

    If you cannot update online, you can contact Microsoft Support::

    1. Visit this site: Contact – Microsoft Support
    2. Type Contact in the search box.
    3. Now, click on Get Help and select Contact Support or enter below to contact support.
    4. Go to the Products & Services tab and Choose Billing & subscriptionsMicrosoft 365 for homePayment & billing.

    To change your payment method in Microsoft 365, follow these steps:
