subscription is not allowed to provision in 'France Central'

Hello, I encounter a problem when deploying Azure Database for MySQL flexible server in all my subscriptions in the 'France Central' region, it shows me this error:

whereas 3 weeks ago, by doing the same thing, I could deploy without problem, Can you help me on this subject?

    We have the same issue in UK South.

    Did any of you manage to get this resolved in the end?

    I am having the same problem, any ideas anyone? I have tried many regions and cannot create, I want to create in UK South but no luck, only seems to work in very random regions like Norway, Switzerland.
